一、压力变化法Pressure variation method
充气与稳压:按照产品规格充入气体,静置一段时间使气压稳定
压力监测:通过观察压力表数值变化判断是否存在泄漏。若压力持续下降,则表明气密性不足
Inflation and pressure stabilization : Fill the gas according to the product specification, let it stand for a period of time to stabilize the pressure
Pressure monitoring : Determine whether there is a leak by observing the changes in the pressure gauge value. If the pressure continues to drop, it indicates insufficient airtightness
二、气密检测仪测试法Test method with air tightness detector
正压充气:利用气密检测仪向护舷内充入设定压力的压缩空气,并通过电磁阀控制充气过程
稳压阶段:关闭充气阀后,记录稳定状态下的初始压力值(P1)
泄漏判定:在测试阶段,实时监测压力变化值(△P)。若△P超过设定泄漏上限或压力未达标准,则判定为不合格
排气处理:测试完成后排空内部压缩空气
Positive pressure inflation : A set pressure of compressed air is filled into the fender using a gas tightness detector, and the inflation process is controlled by an electromagnetic valve
Pressure stabilization stage : After closing the inflation valve, record the initial pressure value (P1) in the stable state

Exhaust treatment : After the test is completed, vent the internal compressed air
三、肥皂水气泡法Soapy water bubble method
涂抹肥皂水:用刷子将肥皂水均匀涂抹于护舷表面
充气检测:观察漏气点是否产生连续气泡(针孔、焊缝处为重点区域)
表面处理:清洁护舷表面后,均匀涂抹肥皂水
观察漏气:充气后观察表面是否产生气泡。若出现连续气泡,则表明存在漏点
Apply soapy water: Apply soapy water evenly to the fender surface with a brush
Inflation test: Observe whether continuous bubbles are produced at the leakage point (pinholes and welds are key areas)
Surface treatment : After cleaning the fender surface, apply soapy water evenly
Check for air leakage : Inflate and observe if bubbles form on the surface. If continuous bubbles appear, it indicates a leak
四、长期保压测试Long-term pressure-holding test
充气保压:将护舷充气后保持48小时以上,持续监测气压变化
结果判定:若气压无明显下降,则通过测试;反之需进一步排查漏点
Inflatable and pressure-holding : Inflate the fender and hold it for more than 48 hours, continuously monitor changes in air pressure
Results determine : if there is no significant drop in air pressure, the test is passed; Otherwise, further check for leaks
五、压力传感器实时监测
